Ⅰ Product Introduction

The crane system mainly includes two box-section type main girders, end carriage, wire rope hoist trolley lifting system, electrics, protection systems, etc.

Compared with traditional cranes, it has special features:

1. Small dimension, light dead weight;
2. Minimum approach dimensions due to compact travelling hoist design, that means from hook to the wall, the distance is smaller, so in the same workshop condition, the cross-traveling distance can be longer;
3. Low headroom. it is very low headroom designed, which can increase the lifting height and save the workplace space, reduce the workshop construction cost;
4. Low vibration and noise design, reduce noise nuisance;
5. Working more stable and steadier, reduce the risk of the lifted product damage from crane wobbling.
6. Three-in-one motor, reducer and brake, speed controlled by frequency converter, more option for speed requirement. We can not only offer our own SZW brand, but also ABM, SEW, Siemens brand.

Compared with single girder cranes, it also has many advantages:

1. Increasing the lifting height: as the load hook can be raised between the two crane girders;
2. Bigger load capacity: 20-300 ton
3. Bigger Span: when the span is big, double girder design will be more reasonable and safer for lifting work.
